PSALM 51:16-17 ~ "For You do not desire sacrifice, or else I would give it; You do not delight in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart—These, O God, You will not despise."
Dear Heavenly Father, the thought of You even in my sleep has become my place of rest. You never fail to remind me of Your abounding presence in my life's journey. Thank You so much, that in the beauty of Your love and faithfulness to me—I am able to carry out the meekness and humility You have placed in my heart when You granted the prayer petitions I have been beseeching before Your compassionate face. Thank You, for giving me the wisdom and strength to obey Your will as I seek to honor and glorify You in everything I do and say ... it's not that easy, but I keep moving on. As I watch the days of this present place of journey You have put me in coming close to the end, I look forward for the realization of the remaining plans You have prepared out for me for this trip—do them as You please. Holy Father, in Your merciful heart, I cast all my cares upon You, and all prayer petitions I have for my loved ones and friends. I bring them all before You ... You know the desires of our hearts. May You grant them, Heavenly Father, according to Your will and purpose. All these things I pray for Your greater glory and honor, in Jesus' precious name, amen.
